[mrtg] cisco-problem

Hi @ all!
Following Problem:
When i use the cfgmaker  command i get no response from the cisco router...
On the cisco router is following message:

%SNMP-3-Socket: can't open UDP Socket

What can i do in the cisco-configuration to resolve this problem?
It's no cfgmaker-syntax-, no community- and no firewall-problem...
Any ideas?
