This looks interesting.  Are there other products out there that do similar
types of monitoring for temp/humidity that folks are using?

I'm using the Sensorprobe 2A on two locations to monitor temperature &
humidity. It has a build-in web interface for configuration and status. It
can also send smtp messages. Works very good with MRTG. Check the

We would like to monitor temperature in our server rack in our data center.
We do not have any equipment that we can use for this. Does anyone have any
suggestion for temperature monitoring (utilizing MRTG of course), buying
some new hardware is an option but what??
