Because the daily graph gets updated every 5 minnutes and the weekly graph gets updated
every 30 minutes. Is it possible the difference could be that?
The function just pulls the data from the log files (or RRD if you are using RRDTool).

Thanks for this info, but, even if I just started a ping probe graph, say 10
hours ago, the Daily and Weekly MAX times don't match up, the weekly is
always higher than the daily and I cant see how this is possible. How is
this function being performed? Thanks very much.

Daily Max is for the last 33 hours, 20 minutes. Weekly
is for the last 200 hours, roughly 8 days. So, if your
Max for the week happened longer than 33 hours, 20
minutes ago, it makes perfect sense.

Hi again...
Sorry, I'm not sure if this would be the right place for these pingprobe
questions, but it IS related to MRTG. Anyways, I'm using pingprobe to graph
ping times across fibre and microwave links and so far the program has been
very helpful...but I do have another question, when comparing the "Daily
Max Max" and the "Weekly Max Max" for that day...they don't seem to match
up. For example, today the "Daily Max Max" is 224ms and this is the highest
its ever been, but the "Weekly Max Max" reads 271ms. How is this possible?
If the "Daily Max Max" is only 224ms (the highest ever), how would the
"Weekly Max Max" be higher? It is not just this one instance either. I
just set up a new ping graph yesterday afternoon and upon checking today,
the Daily graph has not filled a full graph yet, and still, the Weekly Max
Max is still higher than the daily and I can clearly see that the ping times
(As seen on the daily graph) never went as high as they are shown on the
Weekly graph. Please help. Thanks very much.
