[mrtg] Email

Hi Everyone

I have a few Intel routers that I monitored with MRTG+rrdtool+Router2.cgi...
And I need to pick you brains for fee secs.  How can I setup an email alert
when a particular connection at this routers goes down ? mind you that some
of this locations have almost zero traffic at some point during the day, but
the connection is still up. I was trying to use thresholds, but you still
need minimum or maximum traffic.

Any Help or Guidance would be really appreciated.

Force it by deleting all the PNGs for the graphs you are making the change
to.

in mrtg.cfg, remove growright from the options line.
IIRC, it will take a few hours to correct itself, or you can force it, but 
I don't recall how offhand (someone else will clue me in ...)
