My samples are for Unix, I am not experienced with Windows, but
arguments are read as %1, %2 and so on on Windows, IIRC.

Also, you might want to have a look at
http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/reference.html (Look for
THRESHOLD CHECKING).
