[mrtg] Cfgmaker template for polling Blue Coat/Cacheflow internet proxies

I've put together a cfgmaker template for polling the 
following variables from Blue Coat/Cacheflow Internet 
Proxy appliances.
client http requests & hits
client http errors
client http traffic in/out
server http requests
server http errors
server http traffic in/out

The template can be downloaded from:

If your web browser tends to mangle text files when you 
do a save-as, you may want to download the following 
zipfile which contains the above template and others.
