[mrtg] template - problem lines

Hi!

I'm using cfgmaker with templates to generate some configuration files. 
  With the example from the mrtg web site, many interfaces are not put 
in the config file. If I remove the condition "if(not $problem_lines)" 
many line are commented saying that the interface "speed is zero, wich 
make no sense".  How can I say to cfgmaker to not comment this lines, 
but still comment the other lines that are duplicated or have other problem?
