I asked this question a few weeks ago. It should be in the archives.
You can use a master config file and use many includes. You can also
use full paths to include, allowing you to have a directory structure
for your config (like a dir for a client, or a dir for device types,
etc.). These points are very helpful when it comes to using
"third-party" CGI, like 14all.cgi and routers2.cgi.

Subject: [mrtg] Different hosts/router in one config file
Dear Group,
I am running MRTG 2.9.21 on a WIN2k server. Is it possible to have a
separate .cfg file for each host/router, and add it to a master .cfg
file and run mrtg. The reason I ask this is because quite often I need
to add new hosts/router to monitor. Just thinking of a easier way to do
this rather than re-running the one config file again and again.
Appreciate your thoughts and suggestions. Thanks.
Best Regards,
Raj.
