Which aspect of BGP do you want to monitor? If it is route prefixes, there 
is no way to query that via SNMP that I am aware of. I wrote a perl script 
that uses mod::telnet to log in to the router, run 'show ip bgp sum', and 
then parse the output for the numbers I want to graph.
