[mrtg] Windows 2K performance monitor

OK so, while probably not the most efficient way, but at least it works.  I
had to set up a counter log for each task I wanted to monitor... Thanks
Manny, the whole process doesn't like '_' in the path.   So from there just
set up the config file and schedule it to run.
