[mrtg] ? bout graph scaling options

I am trying to find out how to scale my graph accordingly.  I have a
graph that is graphing decibels.  It is graphing Recieve Pwr (downstream
lvl of a cable modem).  The issue i'm running into is when the
downstream lvl goes beneath 1 db the graph switches to mdB.  Which i
would still like it to show in dB scale.  Like if the downstream lvl is
.7 dB my graph is graphing 700 mdB and i would rather it graph .7 dB.
Be less confusion for some people under me.
