[mrtg] need assisstance

Hi
Iam trying to monitor an exchange server(windows 2000),with MRTG-RRD combo from a win2k professional machine.I would like to monitor the memory utilization and CPU utilization of the exchange server(windows 2000exchange).
Currently iam monitoring my routers with this setup of MRTG-RRD.
I would appreciate if u could help me with the steps and templates for monitoring the same.
