Hi there,
where can we find your "new" version of cammer?
The new stuff is quite interesting.
Thanks in advance

Yes. I rewrote cammer extensively to query a database for a list of
switches, and it tosses the information in a database with a nice web
front-end that makes lookups easy.
I've got it working for Catalyst 5000's (including the buggy 4.x train),
6500's, 2900's, 3500's and 4000's. Some 1900's work. The 4000's have
trouble if you are running 12.1.13E1 or earlier, but they seem to work
fine for 12.1.19E.
If anyone knows how to make it work with a Dell switch... Or a cabletron
hub... I'm certain I can do it, it just takes time.
I am going to do a few tweaks this week to handle looking up arp tables
in two routers instead of just one (I use a lot of hsrp) and to adjust
the table schema a bit so I can have a common repository of IP/community
string pairs for a couple of other applications I'm running.
