Hi Garry,

You are probably on the right track there. One thing you can do is to
create dummy config files which contain all the interface configs for
each customer (1 or more). So if you are using 14all or something
similar you can point at the dummy config to find the html info and the
rrd file pointers for specific customers even if they cross devices or
even main mrtg configs. I have used this technique in infraMon to parse
out individual interfaces or to create dummy configs for all interfaces
in a subnet. It is a bit of work and you have to do scripting but it can
be worth the effort and fairly slick.
