[mrtg] IIS, MRTG 2.10.1 w/14all.cgi

I’ve used MRTG before, but in RedHat 7.0.  Now I’m trying to run it on a W2K
plataform (there is nothing else at the moment, besides seems to be a
challenge).  Does anybody have a step by step guide on how to do this?
Any help would be very much appreciated.

MRTG: 2.10.1
RRDTOOL: 1.0.40
