[mrtg] MRTG & 95%ile on Win32

[Alex Threlfall]

Is this possible?

There seem to be 2 versions mentioned on the Sean Adams website, neither
of which is the current mrtg build, and no decent instructions on what
to do otherwise!

Anyone else running it on win32 and getting any joy from it?
