Thanks for that, however, I did find that it actually does work, its
just that all 4 cpus (hyperthreading) were just at 0 percent usage, thus
not giving any usage stats ... silly me ... now the server is being
used, I'm getting stats.

Anyway, if anyone is interested, the OIDs for monitoring cpu utilization
on win2k for a Poweredge (pe2650) are : 

1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.1

1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.2

1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.3

1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.4

There is a website that has a LOT of MIBS and a fairly good search
engine....check out www.mibdepot.com

They have a bunch of Dell Mibs there.

I am monitoring the NIC of my Dell Poweredge 2650 without any problems,
but would like to get the OID for dual xeon (hyperthreading) monitoring,
plus anything else that anyone knows of.
