Ah, so close, but yet so far...

Because MRTG needs two OIDs, any multiplication is 
done on both returned values.  Try:

1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.1&
1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.1*4096:public at scomailcne

That should work fine.
