although pretty good, RTTMON-MIB is a bit complex for beeing polled from mrtg:
- changing OID's/table-indices requiring complex templates with configmaker to keep config in sync
- you need to create the rtr-probes somehow manually after reloads
- probes die/disappear occasionally in some IOS-versions

Before the smokeping RTTMON-probe was available, I tried myself some time ago and ended up with inaccutrate and very loosely stats..
Take a look at Smokeping, it should do what you probably want.. Works fine for me with RTTMON.
