Is this a option in the MRTG config file of is this a command that is
run from the command line for every RRD file? I need to have it done
automatically most likely via the MRTG config file. The database that I
use to create the MRTG config file can add items at any time and I don't
want to have to manually go edit each file.
Thank You

In order to change the amount of data/time the rrd holds, check the
resize command.
Hope this helps.

Sure. In your cfgmaker settings, just put in the
Logformat to be RRD. Refer to the docs for the exact
format of the statement.

How do I use the MRTG config file to create RRD files with different
settings then the RRD defaults? I want to change how much data is saved
and for how long. I don't want to have to manually create every RRD
with the correct settings. I want to use the MRTG config to get them to
automatically be created with the correct info.
Thank You
