[mrtg] Charts and Graphs and Scale from Newbe

Can't find anything on how to make graph display.
I have a SNR  that I am using MRTG to monitor.  The numbers that come from
that SNR are in a very small range from about 75-90.  They will only change
1-5 numbers over any given time.  That small change is important to me to
watch.  Problem is that MRTG shows it on a chart that goes from 0 - 90 or
so.  That makes a small change almost unnoticeable.  I have found a way to
limit with Max... but need the bottom number to not start at zero but at
70-75.  How do I do that?
