Can anyone that has used a template for an interface help me with how to
combate this issue?
The Cisco PIX FWSM firewall module uses virtual interfaces, so there is no
hard speed coded for anything. Therefor the default cfgmaker will comment
out each of my interfaces.
This is what I get: (what would I use as a template to force all
interfaces to 100MBit.. (they all basically share a 600Mbit link to the
switch back plane, but I think 100Mbit is a fair fixed value.)
example.cfg
# Created by
# /usr/bin/cfgmaker --no-down --show-op-down --ifref descr
--subdirs=HOSTNAME --global 'MaxBytes[_]: 125000000'
--output=/etc/mrtg/configs/cyber-fw.cfg doggone at 172.21.28.113
### Global Config Options
# for UNIX
# WorkDir: /home/http/mrtg
# or for NT
# WorkDir: c:\mrtgdata
### Global Defaults
# to get bits instead of bytes and graphs growing to the right
# Options[_]: growright, bits
EnableIPv6: no
MaxBytes[_]: 125000000
