[mrtg] Re: Cron Service

For my own benefit, I'm trying to put this issue together in my mind.

Configuration/issue:
MRTG, using RRD-Tool on a Win 2003 server - scanning 200 or so
interfaces;
Using CRON/AT/Scheduled Task (?) to poll every 60 seconds;
Has been running correctly for some time, lately has stopped working;
Now after one successful poll, there is a failure (about 20 seconds
into a successful poll);
	So you are actually only getting a successful poll every 120
seconds at best?

Does this fit the problem?  Correct me if I'm wrong.

Log your start time and finish time of the job. Looks like its taking
80 
seconds to run each job. Can't do 60-second polling of something that 
takes 80 seconds.
