Maybe Mohsan is just being -interestingly- obfuscative about what his real=
 IP is, but if his 3640 _really_ does have a 169.254.1.1 address on it (and=
 he didn't make that up to protect the innocent in his post)=20
then it's highly likely that the problem is routing-
Since he mentions his presumably actual community string (not a secure=
 thing to tell us all what _that_ is..), perhaps the 169.254.1.1 really is=
 the IP?
 
Mohsan- Assuming that the 169.254.1.1 address is what's really on your=
 router, can you ping that?
As I'm sure you know, the 169.254 subnet is reserved and not routable...
 
Try portscanning that IP to see if there's an SNMP server running...

As the error message says, the problem is that your SNMP requests are not
receiving a response.  Either the SNMP request isn't reaching your Motorola,
theres no SNMP server running on it, the community name is wrong, or some
other similar reason, probably best for you to investigate further...
