[mrtg] testing SNMP_util.pm from the shell

Is there a way to invoke snmp_util.pm from the shell?

Is it something like this?

[root at mrtg mrtg]# /usr/lib/mrtg2/SNMP_util.pm
"cacheIcpReplySvcTime.5&cacheIcpReplySvcTime.60:public at 203.166.63.4:3401
