[mrtg] snmpwalk problem at cfgmaker line 709

I am using windows NT, mrtg version 2.9.29
I already successfully installes mrtg, but when i want to make mrtg.cfg 
# /usr/local/mrtg-2/bin/cfgmaker --global 'WorkDir: /home/httpd/mrtg' --global 'Options[_]: bits,growright' --output /home/mrtg/cfg/mrtg.cfg public{at}202{dot}xxx{dot}xxx{dot}xxx

plz help me what to configure and how to configure
