Kris,
You must have specified the option --ifdesc=descr, meaning
that on the index page for your graphs, they will be labelled
with the value found in the Description: section of the PageTop
area.
If indexmaker can't find a Description: value, it generates
that error.
In the below example, the graph label on the index page would
be 'Access Ethernet', note that it is followed by a space, I
believe this is required.
And the Interface name comes first, I also believe this is
necessary too. Anyway, ensure that you have a pagetop section
along with Description:
Simon
PageTop[XXXXXXX]: <H1>FastEthernet6/0/0 -- router-name at domain.com.au</H1>
<TABLE>
<TR><TD>System:</TD> <TD>router-name at domain.com.au in </TD></TR>
<TR><TD>Maintainer:</TD> <TD></TD></TR>
<TR><TD>Description:</TD><TD>FastEthernet6/0/0 Access Ethernet </TD></TR>
<TR><TD>ifType:</TD> <TD>ethernetCsmacd (6)</TD></TR>
<TR><TD>ifName:</TD> <TD>Fa6/0/0</TD></TR>
<TR><TD>Max Speed:</TD> <TD>100 Mbits/s</TD></TR>
<TR><TD>Ip:</TD> <TD>XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX </TD></TR>
</TABLE>
