[mrtg] Trying to gather definitive negative graphing information

I'm still troubleshooting the negative value graphing issue I'm having (http://24.123.87.13/img/misgraphed.png) and so I'm trying to gather some information to figure out where the problem might lie.

For anyone successfully graphing negative values in MRTG:

Are you using 14all, mrtg-rrd or routers2?
What tuning options did you use on your .rrd files?
Did you have to do anything else in order to get the graph to display properly?

Any other useful information appreciated..
