[mrtg] mrtg with ip accounting

hi all 
i am try to use cisco ip accounting but i am getting fowllowing error 
i am using win2k box with perl 5.6 is there any one have option for same 



C:\mrtg-2.10.13\cisco_ipaccounting>perl cisco_ip_acc_collect.pl
