[mrtg] protocolwise MRTG report

hi all 
i use MRTG for server bandwidth monitoring but i want to use MRTG report for protocol wise bandwidth monitoring .
is there is any process for same . i like to monitor 
port tcp 25
port TCP 21
port TCP 80 
any may more
