Yes I tried to run cfg by putting bytes instead of bits but it shows
error. What shoudl be the reason

Following is the error when I tried to put "bytes"

Hi Bisal

You have mentioned it is showing more than 256Kbps whereas the link is
of
256KBps.
Pls see its bits and bytes..
the graph displayed must be in terms of bits.

  I have installed mrtg in my red hat linux 6.2 server. I have
128/256KBs VSAT link. But my mrtg shows downlink greater than 256kbs.
CAn u tell me why is that?
