True enough that it is not possible to have the graphs generated
automatically, but when the page is browsed, the generated graphs are placed
in your Image directory (workdir if imagedir is not specified) so that it
will be served up until the Interval: number has been reached.
In other words, most people set their interval to 5mins. If person 1
browses and generated image1.png, 4:59 later, person 2 can browse the same
image1.png and 14all.cgi will serve up the image it generated with person 1.
One second later, any other person hits image1.png, and 14all.cgi
re-generates the image and places overwrites the one in your Image directory
(resetting the cache time of course).

No it's not possible. 14all.cgi is designed for on-the-fly generating
of images.
