[mrtg] 2.10.14 and wperl cmd popup

2.10.14 mrtg is poping up a cmd window every 5 minutes when updateing and I
am using wperl.exe
I had to roll back to .13 to get it to run clean with out any cmd windows
poping up every update. Is there a fix so I can run the newest version?
