IMHO, all windoze users should use slash for path separator 
when utilize unix-origin program like perl.
In fact that NT kernel can handle slash as path separator 
because of their inconsistency as usual :D
Of course, it does not apply to GUI wrapper for DOS, 
aka windoze 9x series.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
