[mrtg] OIDs for APC 9619 with external probe

Hey gang.
 

Do not know if this is out there somewhere, but when you have one of the
above, the OIDs for Temp and Humid are not the usual
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.2.1.1.0 and 1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.2.1.2.0.  Instead,
they are:

 

Temp

  1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.2.3.2.1.4.1

            

Humidity

  1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.2.3.2.1.6.1

            

High Temp Setting:

  1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.2.2.2.1.3.1

            

Low Temp Setting:

  1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.2.2.2.1.4.1

            

High Humidity Setting:

  1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.2.2.2.1.6.1

            

Low Humidity Setting:

  1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.2.2.2.1.7.1
