Cisco support the feature also on the Cat6500 (example:
c6sup22-js-mz.12.1-22.E2) but has not the NBAR-MIB included!

According to Cisco:

All platforms that currently support NBAR:

Cisco 1700 Series Router since Release 12.2(2)T Cisco 2600, 3600, 7100,
7200 Series Routers since Release 12.1(5)T Cisco 3700 and 7500 Series
Routers since Release 12.2(8)T Release 12.2(15)T began to support
NBAR-Protocol-Discovery-MIB on 3/17/03
