[mrtg] Re: bgp mointoring with mrtg

There is no OID to monitor prefixes heard from specific peers. I do
monitor this info for my network though, but I use a simple perl script
that telnets into the router and runs the `show ip bgp summary` command
and then parses the output so that MRTG can graph it. There was discussion
about this on the list maybe a year ago or so and I sent my script to a
few people. I can send it to you or post if if that would be useful.
