[mrtg] Laser Printer Help II

Hello All,
 
I seem to be having trouble monitoring page counts and toner levels
using MRTG 2.10.13.  I get an value on the first atempt, but it never
changes.  I do know that these printers get heavily used and the values
should change.  It never even graphs it.  Any ideas?
