[mrtg] rateup warning

I got below message: 
Rateup WARNING: /usr/bin/rateup Can't rename proxy-ho.log to proxy-ho.old updating log file
what should I do? .. may be this  make my graph not automatically refresh after 5 minutes .. please advice .. thanks
