Sound like you need to read the section on "include"
Create one new Cfg, that "include"s all the others.
Logically, when run, it sucks them all in, builds a monster cfg in memory 
and runs that. So beware global settings! Maybe put those in the master 
cfg and just have target details in the lower level ones.
