Here is what I use to get performance statistics on each port:

#Target[McData1_1]: 
.1.3.6.1.4.1.289.2.1.1.2.3.1.1.44.1&.1.3.6.1.4.1.289.2.1.1.2.3.1.1.45.1:public at a.b.c.d

Keep in mind that instance 1 above actually refers to port 0.
