I don't know.

This site currently tells "enterastream.com is currently not available"
and you didn't tell if you need to alter all or just one rra.

The documentation is clear: rrdtool resize will resize an RRA.  It does
not say "... will resize an RRA or all RRAs at the same time".

You want an answer?  You'd better follow the following guidelines!
Linesize well below 80 chars. Reply to the list, not to me. Trim
irrelevant lines. Reply _below_ the relevant lines, not on top.
