No idea, it's your system.
Try walking the MIB (eg GetiF) to see what's in there.

Depends what you are monitoring. You should know what you think those OIDs 
contain.
"Disc size" divided by "RAM fitted" is normally a constant. And not what 
you were trying to monitor in the first place
