Yusri,
First thing that comes in mind: The Maxbytes value in your MRTG config file is probably too low. Everything above the Maxbytes value is ignored in the graphs
If the maxbytes value is right I can't say what is wrong without seeing the relevant parts of your mrtg config file. The first lines of the .log file for this interface can be helpfull too.

Not sure if anyone has encounter this,
Recently the MRTG on my windows server 2003 was unable to poll the input rate of Cisco7500 router POS Interface. It was running fine for a week before it stopped polling. There was no problem though polling the output rate. Ran an snmpwalk and noticed the oID has not changed one bit. Input rate on the pos interface is incrementing, doubt there is any issue with the CISCO router. Cisco TAC does not identify any IOS bug related. Restarted polling and created a new cfg file, but symptoms still remains..
Anyone has similar experience to share with and a workaround for this?
