[mrtg] Postfix / spamassassin monitoring?

Can any one out there recommend a good postfix / spamasassin / amavis 
monitoring script / system.

I am looking to monitor:

  - total messages accepted / rejected
  - total spam / virus messages
  - % of total messages spam / viruses

I have seen a few scripts but I wanted some feedback from the experts 
here on the list.
