[mrtg] help: excessively polling routers

I have MRTG 2.10.11 running on Solaris 8.  I don't
know what's wrong for the server excessively polling
routers, sending huge amounts of udp 161 traffic to
the routers.  Anyone can give a help?  Thanks.
