[mrtg] cfgmaker

i'm new in mrtg..
so i have lots of problem..
first of all;
i configured 2 routers but i separated its files (html, log, png) html different directories.
moreover, each routers files was separated different directories.(example =>Html files in html_xxx.yyy.zzz directory, log files in the log_xxx.yyy.zzz etc..)
i done it with cfgmaker parameters (htmldir, logdir, imagedir)
 
but i created .cfg files for each routers because every routers directories is different
 
so i have two .cfg files and for view mrtg statistics, i run two mrtg processes (for each .cfg files)
 
how can i run 1 mrtg process for all cfg files? 
or how can i create one .cfg files for all routers (routers files in different directory)?
