161/udp is SNMP.  The first time that MRTG runs a cfg file, it will try to
SNMPwalk the interface tree to build up a cache of the interfaces in the .ok
file for later use.  The next time, it should just send a couple of
requests.  If you have a lot of interfaces on your router, you'll get a lot
of traffic -- and if (for some reason) your MRTG cannot write the .ok cache
file, then it will rewalk the router every 5 min run.
