As long as your router provides that information via snmp, then yes. 
Although it is highly doubtful it actually does this out of the box. 
What you'll need to look at it using nbar or netflow on the router
(depending on who makes the router) to keep track of this information. 
You may need to put a machine on the network that can span to the router
port and watch for the specific traffic you want to monitor.  We did
this for a while a long time ago, so it can be done.  You may also want
to take a look at ntop, which might do what you want as well.
