Have you tried walking the MIB and specifying the target by OID?

Greetings All,
 I'm attempting to setup a monitor for Cisco's RTR (Response Time Reporter).
I've compiled the mibs, but they don't seem to want to show up in GetIf so I
can look around and pick up the info I want, so I'm hoping someone has a
config I can look at. A quick google search didn't really show anything to
useful, so I'm hoping someone can help me out - thanks!
